Our creditor partners have access to a web-based infrastructure that automates the life-cycle of a collection account. The system allows for 24/7 access to your account. This web-based system allows for online account placement, adjustments, look-ups, payment reporting and report generation of recovery efforts and history reports.
Our internal operation utilizes an industry specific collection software system designed to track, record, report and implement state of the art collection strategies.
On an electronic basis, we interface with skip tracing partners, all three credit bureaus, automated mailing service, as well as local, state and federal databases. General Credit Service utilizes leading edge technology tools whenever possible.
